Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Maddur. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, generating and nurturing leads, managing customer relationships, and engaging with channel partners. Their day-to-day responsibilities also include ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and build relationships
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive financial growth
- Knowledge of Channel Sales to manage and work with a network of partners and distributors
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on meeting sales goals
- Familiarity with housing finance, lending, or related domains is an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in finance or real estate sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
