Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Jhansi. The Sales Officer will oversee daily sales operations, develop and manage distribution channels, and identify new business opportunities through lead generation. Regular tasks include engaging with customers, building strong relationships, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role demands collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
  • Experience and skills in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
  • Sound understanding of sales strategy and methods
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the electrical or electronics industry is an advantage
