Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Sales:
Identify and acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans.
Promote loan schemes to walk-in customers at dealerships and through field visits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into loan applications.
Customer Handling
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms.
Assist customers in filling applications and collecting required documents.
Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Loan Processing
Submit applications and documents to the credit/operations team.
Coordinate for timely approvals and disbursals.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Dealer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and sales staff.
Ensure continuous lead flow and cooperation from dealerships.
Train dealer staff on new schemes and documentation.
Reporting Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly disbursement and conversion targets.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Track loan application status and update stakeholders.
Education
Key Requirements:
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience
02 - 3 years of experience in financial sales, preferably in vehicle loans or BFSI sector.
Skills Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
Basic understanding of loans and documentation.
Local language proficiency is preferred.
