Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer at STFT Finance, located in Kolhapur. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving sales targets in alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include executing sales operations, managing channel sales partners, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- Experience in Channel Sales and managing sales partnerships
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
