Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to manage and expand our business in the Guwahati region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our chemical products and laboratory reagents, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires frequent field visits, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsiblities

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory (Guwahati region).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as pharmaceuticals, research labs, and manufacturing units.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
  • Promote company products including laboratory chemicals, reagents, and raw materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as dispatch, logistics, and customer support for timely order execution.
  • Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback with management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science / Chemistry / Business Administration or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in field sales, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and territory management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
