Job Description

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including FMCG Food Products especially, Edible Oil, Hair Oil,Spices, this role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade channels.

Designation - Sr. Sales Executive/ Sales Officer

HQ- Chandigarh/ Amritsar

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Driving primary and secondary sales targets within a designated territory.
  • Distributor Management:Managing distributor relationships, handling inventory levels, and ensuring high service levels. Even the candidate should have knowledge in Cash & Carry business.
  • Retail Expansion:Expanding the distribution network and strengthening presence in General Trade (GT)

  • Data Reporting: Analyzing sales data to provide market forecasts and insights.
  • Education: Graduate degree
  • Experience: 1–7 years of field sales experience in FMCG, with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Compensation Benefit

  • Fixed salary (offered salary depending upon the Exp.)
