Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and collection targets for water heaters and fans.
  • Manage relationships with existing dealers and appoint new dealers in unrepresented markets.
  • Interface directly with end customers to drive sales.
  • Cover institutional customers for project orders and sales promotions.
  • Promote products through various marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and collections.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer management and market development.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage collections efficiently.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
