Role & Responsibilities
- Sell a wide range of commercial and agricultural products including seeds, fertilizers, vegetable crops, and related equipment.
- Build and grow a strong customer base through direct calling, field visits, and continuous business engagement.
- Leverage knowledge and experience in dealer and distribution channel sales to enhance market penetration.
- Assess market size, competitor activities, branding initiatives, sales promotions, and overall market share within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate product usage at customer sites or fields when required to support buyer understanding and confidence.
- Recommend alternative or more efficient products, machinery, or services based on customer needs.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports regularly in alignment with management policies.
- Conduct ongoing business transactions and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and identify new business avenues for growth.
- Contribute toward both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability in line with organizational goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in agricultural product sales or commercial equipment sales.
- Expertise in dealer and distribution channel management.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customer behavior, and product applications.
- Field-oriented mindset with the ability to conduct product demos.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze market competition and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and territory management.
