Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Appoint new distributors and expand dealer network
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Conduct regular market visits and area coverage
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Handle order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery
- Prepare daily reports (DR), sales reports, and route plans
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
