Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer / Sales Representative role based in Bihar. The role involves meeting potential and existing customers, presenting healthcare products, and explaining their features and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, including coordination with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
- Ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare or wellness products sector, or willingness to learn product knowledge quickly.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with measurable goals.
- Comfort with fieldwork and frequent customer visits within Bihar.
- Ability to work independently, maintain ethical sales practices, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs in FMCG/OTC
