Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer/Sales Executive, based in Jammu. The role involves identifying and generating leads, driving sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with channel partners to strengthen the company's market presence and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales Operations for identifying business opportunities and managing sales processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Channel Sales and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and a results-oriented mindset.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in industrial sales, especially in the adhesive or chemical industry, will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
