About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate or apartment sales and possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate, Apartment, or Property Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Kochi real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
