Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Kottayam. The Sales Officer will oversee sales activities including lead generation, customer relationship management, and channel sales operations. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow market presence, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively managing sales channels. The role also requires regular engagement with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Familiarity with Channel Sales processes and strategies to support business growth objectives.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets with professional accountability.
- A degree or relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in local language and regional market knowledge is advantageous.
