Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Officer, located in Moga/Bhatinda. The Sales Officer will be responsible for daily sales operations, customer service, lead generation, channel sales, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves engaging customers, generating sales leads, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Lead Generation, and Communication skills
- Proven experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the snacking or food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
