Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets for personal care beauty products in the General Trade channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in FMCG Sales or Business Development.
- Specific experience with Personal Care Beauty Products within the General Trade segment is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
