Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction chemicals, waterproofing, admixtures, and adhesives segments.
- Drive specification and project sales through consultants, contractors, and institutional clients.
Key Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts including industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure high customer retention through proactive engagement and after-sales support.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.
- Generate leads through site visits, project tracking, and industry networking.
Product & Technical Support
- Maintain strong product knowledge in adhesives, waterproofing systems, wood adhesives, admixtures, and other construction chemicals.
- Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and application support to clients.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams for approvals and trials.
Sales Execution & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
