Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lakhimpur Kheri district for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, supporting sales operations, and actively participating in channel sales activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The individual will also engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and the ability to build and manage partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Prior experience in sales or the mining and metals industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
