Sales Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalgaon for a Sales Officer at Patil Biotech Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing and executing sales operations, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving channel sales. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, facilitating channel partnerships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

• Experience with Sales Operations and Channel Sales, including establishing and managing distributor and retailer networks
• Skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships through effective communication
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and converting prospects into sales
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively
• Understanding of agriculture or agribusiness would be an advantage
• Ability to work in an on-site role and travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in the regional language (Marathi) and local market insights are highly desirable
