Job Summary
The Sales Officer - OTC Trade will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the OTC and general trade sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales management and team collaboration to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the OTC segment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 4-12 years of mix experience in OTC sales and general trade sales.
- Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales management.
