Job Title: Sales Officer - OTC Trade

Job Summary

The Sales Officer - OTC Trade will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the OTC and general trade sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales management and team collaboration to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and key accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the OTC segment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 4-12 years of mix experience in OTC sales and general trade sales.
  • Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
