Job Summary
The Sales Officer - OTC Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth in the over-the-counter (OTC) segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and distributor handling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in primary and secondary sales, as well as experience in dealing with chemists and managing distributor relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the OTC segment.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and chemists to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-14 years of experience in OTC sales and sales management.
- Proven experience in primary and secondary sales, team management, and distributor handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
