Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for the position of a Sales Officer in the ophthalmic business vertical. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with channel partners. The role also requires monitoring market trends and providing insights to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Strong skills in Prescription Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and achieving targets consistently
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or ophthalmic fields is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy & Science
