Job Title: Sales Officer NMT, OTC- Trade

Job Summary

The Sales Officer NMT, OTC- Trade is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the modern trade sector. This role requires a strategic approach to sales management, key account development, and effective team handling to achieve both primary and secondary sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to enhance business development.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and category management to optimize product placement and sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in modern trade sales and key account management.
  • Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in sales forecasting and category management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
