Job Description

  • Achieve overall sales and business target (focused category / SKUs, stock availability, fill rate, share of shelf, listing Vs linking etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to PJPs - self and promoters/merchandisers for effective coverage as per the norms
  • Drive implementation of schemes & initiatives across the MT channel within territory
  • Recruit, induct, train and manage promoters and merchandisers to drive desired business outcomes
  • Distributor management and instore execution excellence (inventory management , saleable and non saleable stocks, damages, expiries etc.) for the area
  • Drive effective implementation of visibility and merchandising as per plan
  • Ensure timely servicing of POs as per SLAs in coordination with the Commercial Officer
