Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Description:

As a Sales Officer in Bangalore North-East Region (Marathahalli, Whitefield, Banaswadi, KR Puram, Sarjapura, etc), you will be responsible for managing sales activities within your designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

·      Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products in wholesale and retail channels

·      Identifying routes and establishing connections for B2B sales

·      Monthly Sales planning and forecasting

·      Channel Management - Developing sales strategies and setting targets

·      Identifying Potential Customers for Company Products

·      Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base

·      Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

·      Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports

·      Servicing the needs of existing customers

·      Ensure completion of a sale from order procurement to payment collection

Must Have Criteria:

·      Minimum 2+ years experience in FMCG / Sales

·      Basic understanding of Supply Chain

·      Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office

·      Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills

·      Valid DL and spoken proficiency in Kannada, Hindi
