Job Title: Sales officer / Territory Business Manager – AdBlue
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented sales professional with 3–4 years of experience in channel sales within the lubricants or Allied PSU sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep geographical and market knowledge of North Bengal and will be independently responsible for driving both primary and secondary sales volumes, strengthening the distributor network, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Primary and Secondary sales targets for the assigned North Bengal territory.
Channel Management: Manage, support, and motivate existing distributors, dealers, and retail networks while identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach.
Secondary Market Driving: Actively work in the field to ensure robust secondary liquidation, monitoring stock levels at the dealer/retailer end to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing structures, and market trends in North Bengal to provide actionable insights for strategic price support and promotional planning.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong professional relationships with key institutional clients, retail counters, and potentially coordinate with PSU/Oil marketing company divisional offices where required.
Data & Reconciliation: Ensure periodic reconciliation of primary and secondary billing data, minimizing mismatches and tracking outstanding payments efficiently
