Territory: Ahmedabad & MPCG (Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage key Modern Trade accounts including Apollo Pharmacy, Wellness Forever, DMart, and Reliance Retail.
- Ensure product availability, distribution expansion, and planogram compliance across all assigned stores.
- Drive visibility initiatives, merchandising standards, and in-store promotional activities.
- Coordinate with category managers, store managers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Execute new product launches and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, order generation, replenishment, and secondary sales.
- Conduct regular store visits, market audits, and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at store and regional levels.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Modern Trade sales within FMCG, Personal Care, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or OTC business.
- Proven experience handling major Modern Trade chains and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad and MPCG.
