Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs.
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all required documentation is collected.
  • Provide clients with information on various mortgage products and services offered.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to facilitate the approval process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for the mortgage division.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
