Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle sales and business development for OTC products in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, distributors, and retailers.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor activity tracking.
  • Implement promotional activities and company strategies effectively.
  • Manage distributor stock and ensure timely order collection.
  • Prepare daily reports and share market feedback with the manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in OTC/FMCG/Pharma sales.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Graduate preferred.
