Role Description
The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, managing sales operations, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving channel sales to achieve targets. Key activities include conducting market visits, engaging with potential customers, ensuring smooth loan processing, and providing excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gajraula.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
- Experience in Lead Generation to identify and convert potential opportunities effectively
- Strong Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Understanding of Sales Operations and experience in executing effective sales strategies
- Knowledge in Channel Sales to develop and nurture distribution partners
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with loan products or the financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
