Job Description
LoanOfficer / SeniorSalesOfficer: The primary field role responsible for identifying micro-entrepreneurs and managing the loan process from sourcing to collection.
KeyResponsibilities -
BusinessSourcing: Identifying prospective small business owners, forming Joint Liability Groups (if applicable), and conducting feasibility studies in local business clusters.
Education: Minimum 12th standard for junior field roles; graduation (BA, B.Com, B.Sc) for most executive positions; MBA/PGDM often preferred for managerial roles.
Experience: Fresher roles are available, but 1–3 years of experience in NBFCs or micro-lending is highly valued for experienced roles.
MandatoryAssets: Most field roles requires a personal bike for daily travel to different business locations in Bhilai and Durg.
Skills: Strong knowledge of the local Bhilai/Durg geography, proficiency in Hindi or Chhattisgarhi.
