Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, fostering relationships with existing and potential customers, and coordinating sales operations to achieve targets. Additional duties include managing channel sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with teams to develop strategies that drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive sales across cement, steel, RMC, and building related materials
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, contractors, and project clients
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Handle quotations, negotiations, and order closures
  • Work closely with logistics and accounts to ensure smooth delivery and collections
  • Stay active in the market, track competitors, and identify new opportunities
  • Own your targets and consistently work towards achieving them

  • 1–5 years of experience in field sales, ideally in building materials or construction-related products
  • Comfortable working on-ground, meeting clients, and closing deals
