Job Description
THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Home Loan / NBFC / Banking sales experience will be preferred.
We are hiring for one of the top reputed Housing Finance companies - Sales Officer (Home Loan Sales) in Hyderabad (Banjara Hills). 1 open position.
Role: Sell home loans and loan against property (LAP) - meeting customers in the field, builders and DSA / connector partners, and closing files up to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source home loan / LAP customers through direct market visits, builders and DSA / connector channels
• Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
• Explain product features and guide customers through documentation
• Coordinate with credit and operations for quick approvals
• Maintain daily sales MIS
Must Haves:
• Graduate and above (any stream)
• Field sales experience in any sector - Home Loan / NBFC / Banking / BFSI sales preferred
• Good spoken Telugu and Hindi / English
• Own two-wheeler
• Local Hyderabad candidates preferred
Salary: Rs 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum (based on experience) + attractive incentives
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
