Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Anand. The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, managing sales operations, and ensuring superior customer service. The role includes building strong relationships with channel partners, facilitating the loan application process, and achieving targeted sales goals while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage and meet sales targets
- Experience in Channel Sales, including managing partnerships and driving business growth through various distribution channels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and partners
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience in the housing finance or financial services industry is a plus
