Position: Sales Officer (SO)
Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years
CTC: 7-8 LPA (Preference for candidates currently under 7 LPA)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development in assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Masterbatches, Color Masterbatches, Pigments, Additives, Plastic/Polymer Compounds, and Speciality Chemicals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Masterbatches, Pigments, Additives, Polymer Compounds, or Speciality Chemicals sales.
- Strong local market knowledge of Gujarat region.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Languages Required: English + Hindi + Gujarati
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
