Role Overview:

You will act as the primary sales driver of GSR Energy within the assigned territory. His/Her role is centred around building and managing franchise relationships, ensuring franchises are actively selling GSR's solar solutions, and closing business targets on time. He/She will be the direct point of contact for all franchises in the territory — guiding them, pushing leads through the pipeline, and making sure every opportunity converts into confirmed business. He/She will also participate in company-level discussions related to franchise performance and territory sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with all assigned franchises in the territory. Act as their primary point of contact for support, guidance, and business coordination.

2. Territory Coverage & Franchise Activation: Ensure every franchise in the assigned territory is active, engaged, and consistently generating and closing leads. Identify and onboard new franchise partners where required.

3. Lead Pipeline Management: Work closely with franchises to drive the lead pipeline — ensuring leads are generated on time, followed up promptly, and closed within the expected timeframe.

4. Sales Target Achievement: Take full ownership of territory sales targets. Ensure franchises collectively achieve 100% of monthly and quarterly revenue goals. No target is missed without a recovery plan in place.

5. Deal Closure Support: Directly support franchises in closing deals — join client meetings when needed, assist with proposals, ROI calculations, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed orders.

6. Franchise Performance Monitoring: Track franchise-wise performance regularly. Identify underperforming partners, understand the gaps, and take corrective action to bring them back on target.

7. Payment & Collections Coordination: Ensure payments are collected from franchise deals as per the agreed schedule. Follow up on overdue amounts and ensure timely deposit to the company account.

8. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the technical team for system design support and with the logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery and installation scheduling for franchise orders.

9. Brand & Product Representation: Ensure franchises represent the GSR brand correctly. Equip them with the right marketing collaterals, product knowledge, and selling tools to pitch GSR solutions effectively.
