Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Calicut. The Sales Officer will identify and qualify potential customers, manage incoming inquiries, and proactively generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking. The role includes presenting solar solutions, preparing quotations, explaining technical and financial benefits in clear language, and guiding customers through the decision-making and closing process. The Sales Officer will coordinate with internal teams for site assessments, installation scheduling, and after-sales follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance against targets, and reporting market feedback and competitor activities to management.
