Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Delhi, India. The Sales Officer will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving lead generation, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives. Key responsibilities include managing sales operations, engaging in channel sales, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires regular field engagement, interacting with clients and distributors to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and effective Communication
- Ability to execute Lead Generation and develop new business opportunities
- Experience with Sales Operations and Channel Sales management
- Proficiency in negotiation and managing client relationships
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the FMCG or food production industry is a plus
