Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer interactions, and overseeing sales operations. Key tasks include cultivating customer relationships, driving channel sales, achieving targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote and sell FriendLoan's lending solutions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Channel Sales to drive business growth
- Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage and execute sales strategies effectively
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Prior experience in the financial, banking, or lending industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai and achieve sales targets
