Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers in person and via phone to strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure profitable sales by negotiating effectively with farmers and clients.
  • Monitor and collect payments, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable products or solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in agricultural products or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions and maintain records accurately.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
