Sales Officer / Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated, target-driven Sales Officers to join our Banking Sales Process. This is a high-reward opportunity for individuals who want to maximize their earnings based directly on their performance.

Important Note: This position is strictly 100% incentive-based. There is NO fixed monthly salary. Your income depends entirely on your daily sales conversions and targets achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential customers for banking products (Credit Cards, Savings/Current Accounts, Loans, Demat Accounts).
• Pitch banking products to retail clients through field visits, telecalling, or digital leads.
• Guide customers through the documentation and KYC verification process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate referrals.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
