Sales Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to join the Eatmate team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to build and manage strong retailer and distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and distribution across assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage distributor orders, stock availability and market execution.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Track sales performance and share regular market reports.
• Work closely with the team to execute promotions and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong understanding of distributor and retail networks.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with strong market execution abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
