Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive lead conversion and sales activities for our ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and delivering effective product demonstrations. The role also involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Responsiblity

  • Identify and qualify leads from digital marketing, telemarketing, references, and consultants
  • Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Conduct product demos and requirement analysis sessions for ERP solutions
  • Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Manage client accounts and ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Generate upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of projects
  • Participate in sales meetings, marketing campaigns, and promotional events
  • Share market insights, competitor activities, and client feedback with management
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
  • Maintain post-sales engagement and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT or ERP solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle pressure
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)
