Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets in a defined territory or segment by promoting and selling company products. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring proper market coverage, and maintaining the company's brand image in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers or dealers/distributors in the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and proper placement of products.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
  • Execute sales promotions, campaigns, and product launches as per the marketing plan.
  • Follow up on leads, generate inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • Manage order processing, collections, and ensure timely deliveries.
