Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Officer based in Chennai The Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales operations, foster relationships with channel partners, and identify potential leads for business growth. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the planning and execution of sales strategies. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively address customer needs and build long-lasting relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to support seamless business processes and optimize distribution networks
  • Ability to identify and execute Lead Generation initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Chennai market is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
