We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Retail Banking Sales Executive for an individual contributor role. The candidate will be responsible for open market acquisition and sales of multiple banking products across both liability and asset segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open market sourcing of new customers for banking products
- Sales of liability products such as Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, etc.
- Sales of asset products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Gold Loan, etc.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the bank
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Coordination with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Role Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory (must have completed degree)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with field work readiness
- Basic understanding of banking products (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
