Sales officer / Assistant Sales Manager (CASA Sales)

We are hiring a Sales officer / Assistant Sales Manager (CASA Sales) for AU Small Finance Bank (On-Rolls). This is a field sales role focused on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers
• Selling banking liability products and third-party products
• Conducting field marketing activities and acquiring new customers
• Cross-selling to existing bank customers
• Achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation Completed mandatory.
• Experience: 1 to 6 years of Sales Experience in any industry or product line.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Salary:

• Sales officer / Assistant Sales Manager: Up to 5.5 LPA + Incentives + Mediclaim
