Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing sales operations, and developing strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and securing residential sales while supporting the company's goals.

  • Proficient in Customer Service and building positive relationships with clients
  • Skilled in Lead Generation and identifying sales opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations and managing sales processes effectively
  • Knowledge of Channel Sales and ability to develop and manage partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is an asset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for sales tracking
