Sales Officer

Role Description The Sales Officer role at Anand Feeds is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajpura. The role involves visiting and engaging with existing and potential customers, presenting product offerings, and explaining feed solutions that meet their operational needs. The Sales Officer will manage daily sales operations, including tracking orders, coordinating deliveries with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Responsibilities also include generating leads through field visits and local networking, building and managing channel sales relationships, and providing responsive customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. The Sales Officer will work closely with the sales team and management to meet targets, report market feedback, and support local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to support and retain clients through reliable follow-up and relationship management.
• Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, including identifying new customers and developing local market opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills for clear product presentations, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Knowledge of Sales Operations, including order handling, documentation, and basic reporting.
• Experience with Channel Sales or dealer/distributor networks in FMCG, feed, agriculture, or related industries is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of livestock or agricultural feed products is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajpura, travel locally as required, and meet defined sales targets.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture-related fields is preferred.
