Key responsibilities

  • Sales and promotion:Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Territory management:Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a sales territory, and ensure product stock availability.
  • Customer relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and retailers through regular visits and communication.
  • Product education:Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
  • Customer support:Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints, and resolve issues like product complaints or delivery problems.
  • Sales planning:Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and administration:Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular reports, and coordinate with internal departments for support.
