Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Market Share
- Ensuring MFL market share - space and sales in premium counters and SIS counters
2.DTS & Inventory management
- Ensuring monthly DTS booking basis the OTB sheets
- MIS control of KAPA
- Inventory mgmt of KAPA at category/ sub-category level
- Fill rate against norms - identifying and filling category gaps
- AMM implementation at KAPA
3.KAPA staff management
- Recruitment of KAPA staff in consultation with Brand Branch Heads
- Training & development - understand the gaps in learning, train & develop
- Performance mgmt. - To set expectation, define their KRAs, regular performance checks with feedback
4.Collection
- Payment collection from KAPA and MBOs as per credit terms
- Work closely with commercial team to ease out collection and all credit note related queries/ concerns expansion
5.Retail Expansion
- Generating leads by talking to new franchisees, landlords for expansion
- Property Scouting
- Assisting Brand Branch Heads to close deals
6.Team Management
- Resolve conflicts, if any among the various interfaces
- Speedy response and resolution
